We’re so grateful you’ve chosen Chakra as your clinic for skin health and self-care. Our team is passionate about helping you feel your best, and because we take pride in offering personalised care and outstanding results, our appointments are in high demand.
To make sure things run smoothly for everyone, we ask that you take a moment to read through our booking and cancellation policy before securing your appointment.
Appointment Reminders
- You will receive an SMS reminder 72 hours before your appointment – simply reply “YES” to confirm or “NO” to reschedule.
- A friendly email reminder will also be sent 72 hours ahead of time.
- If we don’t hear from you, we’ll follow up with another SMS and a phone call. If we’re unable to reach you, your booking may be released and your deposit forfeited.
Deposits & Payments
- A 50% booking deposit is required for all appointments and will be automatically applied upon booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as a store credit if changes are made within the notice period.
- We offer the option to keep a deposit on your account for future bookings or to have a card securely stored on file.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- 48 hours+ notice of cancellation: Your deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or remain as a credit on your file.
- Less than 48 hours notice: Unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the treatment fee will be charged, and future appointments will require full pre-payment.
- Gift vouchers: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value.
Running Late?
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax, enjoy a refreshment, and complete any required forms.

If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, however:
- More than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter treatment or the need to reschedule.
- A cancellation fee may apply.

- We’re unable to take changes or cancellations via social media.
- Can’t make it? Feel free to send a friend in your place to avoid any cancellation fee.
Clinic Environment
We want your visit to be peaceful and rejuvenating – not just for you, but for every client in our space.
- Please silence your mobile phone.
- We kindly ask that you don’t bring pets or children to your appointment as we operate class 4 medical-grade lasers and specialised equipment, safety is paramount.
- Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the premises.
